well...i'm on the way home from Philly. My trip to visit Tim Markus was AMAZING. first things first...i am so very proud of tim i could BURST. he is doing exactly what he loves and he's doing it well. He's got an amazing group of friends out there and he's stage managing a giant production of Les Miserables at the Walnut Street Theatre...the first theatre in the country. He does the behind the scenes work...he knows everyone's move and where they are supposed to be and how everything is supposed to play out. I saw the show on Saturday night and it was amazing. I loved it. I was among the likes of Hugh Panaro, and some other famous Broadway Broad....can't remember her name..which means she is pretty "famous." But i guess Hugh played the phantom on broadway for three years and now he's playing "jean valjean" in Les Mis. The most exciting thing is that so many people called out during the show that they ran out of extras and understudies and Tim actually had to dress and go on stage. He's the STAGE MANAGER and he got to perform on a professional theatre with Hugh Panaro. it's pretty amazing. I was soooo proud of him. I really can't say how much i love him and how happy i am that he's living his dream. He's amazing at what he does and he's so happy doing it. That's all a friend could ask for. Tim, You're amazing.

I got to see the liberty bell...and some other things..and i met some pretty amazing people there. Tim has some great friends, they were all welcoming and charming and just a wonderful group of people. I fit right in with them...which was nice. I was very sad to leave...i had such a wonderful time out there, but i guess good things have to end sometime....i know i'll be back out there soon. I made some strong connections that will require a second visit. it isn't the last of PA that i'll see. Maybe i'll even make it to New Jersey...

Tim took me to NY yesterday and we hung out on the lawn of Bryant Park with the man who plays "Boq" in the broadway production of WICKED. he was so down to earth and normal, but yet a broadway star! it was pretty cool. after that we got some food and drinks and then went to see a show called "Title of show" it's based on a show that was submitted into a fringe festival and made it all the way to the top. i mean, the show is literally about writing the very show they are performing. and there are 4 actors and they are the writers. it was really really funny. and so much like real theatre life that theatre people all over can relate to it. pretty awesome. ok...i have to go board the flight now. i'm almost home! SEE YOU ALL SOON!

I can't believe you saw the Liberty Bell and other stuff. By the sounds of it I get the impression that not a lot of importance was placed on the history of our beautiful country. How unpatriotic of you meggie loo hoo. For shame! Hee hee! Glad you had fun doing all the other stuff you did! I can relate....
