i think i'm so tired that i can't sleep. I spent a good part of the whole day outside, and i'm just tired...but i can't seem to let my body relax so i can sleep. grrr, frustrating. my shoulders are really tense...that's just not fun. PLUS i could really use a chiropractor....but the one i used to go to..left. so now what. i need to be adjusted NOW, not in three weeks after they've gone through the x-rays and all the crap. whatever...i'll just suffer. easier that way.

gonna play solitaire now.

check out Ben Harper's "Both Sides of the Gun" disk....good stuff. "Happy every after in your eyes" is a good song! lullabye type. ahhh...night.
