PET PEEVE #1: "I have one of those cards...umm...the, aaah, booksaver card." You don't save books you save MONEY!! PEOPLE! Don't you get it...think before you speak!

PET PEEVE #2: "Yeah, I'm looking for a book, but i don't know the name and i don't know the author, but it's about _______(you fill in the blank)" UMMMM...OK? How am i supposed to help you if you don't know anything about the book??? We have MILLIONS of books...can you be more specific please??? Again, think before you speak..we don't know EVERYTHING!

LEFT OUT: I think i missed the nation-wide memo today. Was there like ten-thousand-million people wearing PINK today or what? I swear every other customer that came in was wearing pink...and there i sit, the one who didn't get the memo..wearing BLUE AND WHITE. well next time i'd like to be informed...Thank you!
