i want to SCREAM!

some people are such JERKS!!!! If someone calls into my company looking for pricing information...and i answer the phone, it's my job to ask questions to find out what they need and who the best person is for them to talk to. I do not have access to the pricing information, it isn't my job to sell the products. But i DO have to find out who they are and if they are calling on behalf of another customer. (sometimes they are the go-between)Well sometimes, like the call i just had, they refuse to tell me the information i need, so i'm left wondering what the hell i should do with this person. They get all huffy when i ask them to tell me the name of the company they are calling on behalf of and say things like "just get me the pricing information." it makes me want to SCREAM! all i can do it tell them that i do not have access to that information and that i'm goin to have to send them to an account executive, but i need to know the company name so i can get them to the right person. it NEVER works. most frustrating kinds of calls i have.

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH.

WOW! Look at how long my hair is getting. I just got a half inch cut off from it yesterday, but it falls to just below my collar bone! Longest my hair has been since 2002! Kinda fun growing it out for the wedding...i'm sure once everything is over, i will go ahead and cut it again..short, up to about mid neck length. I probably won't chop it shoooort short until maybe there are kids to take care of, but i don't really know, i guess. We'll have to see what happens. At any rate, here i am with long hair again. :)

Happy Easter (early) to all of you, my family, that i will not be seeing over the weekend. It's a little hard for me to get used to sharing holidays, but i know it'll be easier as time goes on. Christmas is going to be the hard one, especially since this year, my first year as a married woman, i will not be at Gran's on Christmas Day. The first time in my entire life that this is so. It's going to be really hard for me, but i will call. you can be sure of that! Anyway..i hope you all have a wonderful Easter this year, and remember the real reason we celebrate!

Wedding planning is coming along. Finally got the "outfits" for my ladies all picked out. So i feel a wave of relief with that finished decision. The flowers have been decided upon, and now it's time to pick out cake and food..but that can wait for another month or two. Just nailing down the little things now, like Bible verses to have read, ceremony details, booking a pianist and any other people we need for the ceremony. little things...this is the part that i'm looking forward to just having done. Anyway, i better get back to work. Just thought i'd send an update! Hope to see you all soon! xoxoxoxoxox
